Register now for the Wilderness First Responder Re-Certification Hybrid class. Class is 2 days in-person with an additional on-line component.
Class is in Napa, CA. Class scheduled is:
Saturday, June 22nd from 8am – 6pm
Sunday, June 23rd from 8am – 5pm
Class fees include FREE camping at the class site Friday and Saturday night.
This class is for Wilderness First Responders who need to re-certify or refresh their skills. Class will include reviewing WFR topics and skills, an update to current standards, and practice, practice, practice. Hybrid format will involve pre-class reading, online Patient Assessment and splint skill, and a written test.
Wilderness First Responder 3-year certification is available upon successful completion of the class.
Pre-requisites: WFR card from less than 4 years ago.
An optional Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) class is available on Friday night. If you choose to add this class you will receive a link to the pre-course videos that must be completed prior to our in-person class Friday, June 21st. Class will likely start around 5:30 PM.
