This course provides California Lifeguards with a certification course that meets the ADVANCE first aid training requirements found in Title 22 of the California Code of Regulations. The course content and activities will help prepare participants to make appropriate decisions about the care to provide in an emergency.Lifeguard Certification

Participants must be current in Lifeguard/First Aid/CPR/AED to take this abbreviated course. Bring proof of your current certification to class.

Upon successful completion of this course, your Title 22 certification is valid for 3 years.

During the course you will utilize an Emergency Medical Response Textbook (Part #656540, Rev. 6/11) that will be provided to you for use during the class. If you wish to purchase your own manual to keep, you can do so from the Red Cross here.

Or you can call Safety Training Solutions and purchase a manual to be delivered to you on the day of class.

Cameron Park Community Center is less than a 30 minute drive from downtown Sacramento.
