Course Overview

This blended learning course combines approximately 1 hour of online instruction with 1 hour of in-person skills practice. You’ll learn to:

• Perform CPR on adults, children, and infants
• Safely use an AED (Automated External Defibrillator)
• Respond to choking emergencies
• Act confidently in real-life cardiac emergencies

The program reflects the latest resuscitation science and 2020 AHA Guidelines, exceeding OSHA requirements. Upon successful completion, participants receive a 2-year CPR/AED certification.

Course Details

• After registration, participants receive access to the online video program, which must be completed before attending the in-person session
• The hands-on practice session is 1 hour and takes place after the first day of Wilderness First Aid
