American Safety & Health Institute Childcare
The purpose of the California Child Care (CACC) Program is to teach individuals who work in the childcare field the knowledge and skills they need to keep children who are in their care safe and healthy. The program is made up of two modules, totaling 15 hours of training. This state-specific course was developed in response to California Government Code, Training Standards for Child Care Providers, Title 22, Division 9, Chapter 1.1 and satisfies the requirements as stated in that code. All childcare providers will benefit from attending this program and there are some childcare and camp providers in California who must take the training to meet licensing requirements.
California Child Care Pediatric First Aid and CPR: (8 hours) $75
First Aid & CPR – Adult, Child & Infant for Child Care Providers to meet requirements of CA State License. Taught over eight hours and covers how to respond to breathing and cardiac emergencies, pediatric first aid and injury prevention.
