CPR/AED/First Aid training courses combine lecture, video demonstrations, and hands-on training. And because the training is designed to meet Occupational Safety & Health Administration (OSHA) requirements, you can be sure you are receiving the highest quality information and training available to help prevent injuries, illnesses and fatalities in your community.

Adult CPR/AED (3 hours) $63

Safety Training ClassFor those who need adult CPR/AED training, this hands-on skills training prepares participants to respond to breathing and cardiac emergencies in victims over 12 years old. Adult CPR only is available in a 2½ hour course. Free online quarterly refreshers. 2-year certification Enroll now


Pediatric CPR/AED (3 hours) $63

Safety Training Class This course teaches participants how to recognize and care for breathing and cardiac emergencies in infants and children age 12 and younger. AED Adult & Pediatric

Safety Training ClassThis course teaches individuals currently certified in CPR, the skills and knowledge needed to provide care for victims of sudden cardiac arrest through the safe use of an automated external defibrillator (AED). Standard First Aid (2-3 hours) $63

Safety Training ClassParticipants learn to recognize and care for a variety of first aid emergencies, such as bleeding, burns, cuts and scrapes, sudden illnesses (stroke, diabetic, seizure, allergic reaction, poisoning, and bites and stings), head, neck and back injuries, and heat and cold emergencies. Bloodborne Pathogens Training (1½-2 hours) $45

Safety Training ClassTo teach employees how bloodborne pathogens are spread; how to help prevent exposure incidents by following work practice controls, using engineering controls and personal protective equipment, practicing good personal hygiene and properly cleaning and disinfecting equipment and supplies; and how to recognize, report and follow up on employee exposures to infectious materials. 1-year certification  Enroll now


Wilderness and Remote First Aid (16 hours) $110

Safety Training Class Designed for scouts and scout leaders, outdoor enthusiasts and anyone who works or spends time in remote environments, this course teaches foundational first aid principles and advanced skills to be able to respond to emergencies and give care in areas that do not have immediate emergency medical services (EMS) response. This can include wilderness and remote environments, or include urban disasters, such as earthquakes and hurricanes. Based on the Boy Scouts of America Wilderness First Aid Curriculum and Doctrine Guidelines, this course aligns with OSHA’s Best Practices for Workplace First Aid Training Programs.

Sport Safety Training

Safety Training ClassDeveloped with the U.S. Olympic Committee, this course teaches sports-related first aid and injury prevention skills. Topics include responses for breathing and cardiac emergencies; soft tissue and skeletal injuries; and sudden illnesses. Optional child CPR training is also available. Sports Injury Prevention and First Aid with Adult and Child CPR/AED (9 1/2 hours) $81

Safety Training ClassTo provide individuals with the knowledge and skills necessary to provide a safe environment to adult and child athletes while they are participating in sports and, in an emergency, to help sustain life and minimize the consequences of injury or sudden illness until medical help arrives. 2-year certification  Enroll now


Hands-Only or Citizen CPR (30 minutes) $15

Safety Training ClassOne quarter of Americans say they’ve been in a situation where someone needed CPR. If you were one of them, would you know what to do? 30-minute Citizen CPR lecture teaches how the hands-only technique can save a life. Prerequisites: There are no prerequisites or minimum age to participate in the course. Class does not result in certification.


Review Courses:

Review and Challenge Classes

Do you re-certify every year or two? Consider taking a review course to renew your certification and save yourself time! Each participant has the opportunity to view the video segments, practice and then perform skills for evaluation. To be eligible to participate in a review course, the participant must possess a certificate not more than 12 months expired for the course being conducted. Those without a certificate may not participate in the review course option.

Do you really know your stuff? Take a challenge course! You demonstrate your knowledge and skill competency for certificate renewal. Participants have sole responsibility to prepare for the knowledge and skills evaluations. Anyone is eligible to participate in a challenge. If they do not pass the challenge, they can enroll in a review or a full course.
