CPR/AED Certification (Adult and Child) – Napa
Gain essential life-saving skills with our HSI CPR/AED Certification class in Napa Valley! This course is ideal as a standalone training or as an add-on for Wilderness First Aid students. Learn to confidently respond to emergencies for both adults and children.

Course Overview
This blended learning course combines approximately 1 hour of online instruction with 1 hour of in-person skills practice. You’ll learn to:
- Perform CPR on adults, children, and infants
- Safely use an AED (Automated External Defibrillator)
- Respond to choking emergencies
- Act confidently in real-life cardiac emergencies
The program reflects the latest resuscitation science and 2020 AHA Guidelines, exceeding OSHA requirements. Upon successful completion, participants receive a 2-year CPR/AED certification.

- Wilderness First Aid students seeking the optional CPR/AED add-on
- Teachers, youth leaders, outdoor guides, or anyone in Napa Valley interested in CPR certification
Course Details
- After registration, participants receive access to the online video program, which must be completed before attending the in-person session
- The hands-on practice session is 1 hour and takes place after the first day of Wilderness First Aid
